These are home made with only the finest ingredients. These Pasteles have a filling of hand carved Pork Loin Roast deliciously spiced with Sofrito, Smoked Paprika, Wood Fired Garlic, Pino Noir Red Wine, Goya Olives, Goya Capers plus much more!
*Arroz con Gandules is now available.
*Puerto Rican Coquito is also available. You add your favorite rum for a delicious tropical Carribean drink infused with coconut milk, nutmeg plus more!
*Caldo de pollo (loaded chicken soup with vianda) will have you coming back for more! Vianda consist of Puerto Rican vegetables common to PR households such as Cassava (Yucca) + Llame.
**Also notice the Pastelillos / Empanadas!** These are also readily available and delicious! Bon appetit!
These dishes and drink are the National Foods of Puerto Rico.
I service the area from Valdosta GA to Ocala. Pick up points may fall in between these areas for your convenience.
