The price is $ 4.00 per pound, hanging weight. (Hanging weight is the remaining weight of the carcass after the animal has been slaughtered and the head, skin, internal organs and feet have been removed).
For a flat fee of $ 100.00 per quarter we will take the animal to a USDA inspected facility for you and have it butchered and packaged to your specifications.
